Ensuring success for your organization
At Inventure Engineering, we engineer, design and build custom machinery from scratch. We are not an “integrator”, and we do not provide “canned” solutions to our customers. All of our machines are designed and built from the ground up using Engineering First Principles. Thorough calculations are made for every component we build, and further analysis is done using Finite Element Analysis software. When designing and building larger, high end equipment, every detail is important. We make sure that loads are managed, and stresses are where they need to be before we commit our designs!
Design
The design area provides high end workstations supporting the latest in 3D CAD modeling software as well as Finite Element Analysis and CAM. We leverage the latest technology to produce our equipment, but at the same time we maintain an “old-fashioned” approach to the quality and precision of our mechanical drawings.
The design team works with the guidance of Licensed Professional Engineers.
Products, processes and facility
Full machine build including fabrication, mechanical and electrical equipment assembly, programming, and testing are done within our plant, supported by twin high tonnage overhead gantry cranes and three loading and shipping bays. Our machine shop includes large diameter CNC turning capability and conventional and CNC milling machines. We also have MIG, TIG and stick welding capability and we are certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau.
Inventure Engineering is a direct supplier to the Oil and Gas, Automotive, Wire and Cable and Electrical Energy sectors. We currently have equipment installed around the world. You will find our machines in Canada, the US, Brazil, Mexico and India.
